To join 1904 Cadets as a school or organization, complete the application and required student forms (Media Release and Liability Waiver). These documents ensure safety, transparency, and proper permissions; once submitted, our team will follow up with confirmation and onboarding details.

How to Submit:

1. Download the forms (Application, Media Release, Liability Waiver)
2. Complete all fields (type digitally or print clearly)
3. Sign where indicated (e-signature or handwritten)
4. Email all forms together to captainswift@1904cadets.org
